Media Bio

Candice Cartner is an executive coach and licensed therapist who has helped “stuck” business leaders and athletes build clear visions and crush their mindsets to move past barriers in their life, work, the game and relationships for over 13 years.

Challenged with ADHD herself, Candice doesn’t trust there’s a one-size-fits-all ‘blueprint for success’. That the buzzwords of ‘setting boundaries’ and ‘shifting mindsets’ may have become oversimplified in mainstream media, which can cause many people to ‘try and abandon’ new theories again and again because they’re not getting feedback, support or direction. Her unique experience and client-focused methods help her high-achieving clients develop the necessary skills to reach their goals, and not fake it until they make it.

She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and prior to opening her own practice, worked as an operations director at two non-profit behavioral health agencies. She lives in North Carolina with her husband, two young children and two dogs.
