Workshops can be educational, collaborative or “think-tank” style in nature, generally aimed at educating/developing individuals or teams on identified areas of need and/or solutions focused in nature.
Solution focused workshops have an established, clear goal. I will participate in helping curate a growth oriented environment where we can creatively and collaboratively brainstorm and work through developing a plan and implementation strategy as well as ways to both quantitatively and qualitatively measure the outcomes.
They can be on-site, single or multi-day formats per proposal with a minimum of two hours.
Corporate Team Coaching
How it works...
This is a multi-staff coaching approach where I integrate with a management team to address specific needs and areas of growth within a larger system.
I offer proposal-based pricing, and will include a confidentiality agreement with your organization regarding my interactions with your staff.
To ensure that team members are comfortable in being transparent, I do not provide specific details of their interactions with me unless it will be helpful, and they have provided permission to share.
I will offer recommendations that address the issues, and I will explain them from a place of growth oriented goals founded in a research-based approach to organizational leadership.
Trust me, this is the BEST way to actually get measureable outcomes from my time; more fights don’t help!
The exception is anything identified as illegal, intentionally insubordinate or psychologically/physiologically unsafe. In that case, it would be reported individually to whomever signed the proposal.
What’s included will be laid out in the proposal, which shares many characteristics from my 1-1 coaching programs, but who is eligible for emailed feedback etc. will be outlines specifically in the proposal commitment.

I know you’ve probably got a few…
1. How long are the 1-1 Coaching Calls?
The calls are one-hour long.
6. What is included in the 1-1 membership?
The different packages include different things, and they will be specifically outlined in your contract. However, most packages will include the number of one-hour calls you elect to subscribe to, along with email support between sessions. Depending on your learning style, you may also receive homework to complete between sessions, reading recommendations and other tools.
2. Can we meet just once a month?
In an effort to protect your investment and provide the best quality of service, I limit once monthly calls to individuals that have been with me for six months or more and have made significant strides towards their vision through their work with me. Outcomes are significantly better when we get started at a rate of 2-4x monthly.
10. How long should I expect to work with you?
There is no requirement on length outside of the membership renewal period you elect to purchase.
My recommendation is that your greatest return on investment will come from at least six months of consistent work, but the length of time varies based on your starting point, goals and how you plan to utilize my services.
3. Why is the 1-1 Coaching called a 'membership'?
All 1-1 Coaching services are offered through a subscription style membership model. This means all services are drafted on a monthly or quarterly basis until canceled.
4. How can I cancel my membership?
Your 1-1 membership may be canceled at any time. We just ask that you give us 48-hours notice prior to your next payment date so we can stop the charge.
As a note, if you purchase a three-month/ quarterly membership, the next payment date will be three months from the initial charge.
5. Why do you use a membership model?
This creates greater consistency and engagement in coaching services resulting in better outcomes. Additionally, it is an automated and efficient way of doing business that keeps my focus on delivering services and offering creative solutions through my coaching process.
7. How long after I sign up will we get started?
Typically there is a waiting period to get started. You can check with us through the contact page to get more details as the timing varies.
8. How much is your fee to be a guest speaker or trainer?
For in-person engagements, the cost starts at $549/hr and in most cases will require a four-hour minimum. Some events may be delivered at a proposal-based rate, so please connect for additional information and details about how that works.
10. Do you provide virtual training for individuals and groups?
Yes, I provide virtual training for both individuals and groups. Pricing for this service will vary based on the level of work involved in preparation.
The preparation will primarily depend on whether or not I am developing a custom training for your organization, or working off of an existing lesson.
11. Do you work with only individuals, or can you provide group coaching?
Currently I only provide individual coaching to the general public. However, I will offer group coaching services to organizational leadership teams on a proposal basis.
12. Can 1-1 Coaching Services be bought by organizations for their staff development plans?
Yes! I love providing coaching as part of staff development plans. This offers great outcomes and is a huge selling point when making new hires, internal promotions or in response to identified staff development needs.
